Membership Agreement

Dialect House membership is a monthly subscription service that provides hosted access to our creative house in Palos Verdes, including dinners, events, prototype sprints, and advisory matchmaking services.

Billing and Cancellation

Your membership fee is charged monthly until canceled. You may cancel your membership at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of your current billing period. Access to services will continue through the end of the paid period.

Refunds

We provide refunds for duplicate charges or billing errors. For other refund requests, please contact our support team for case-by-case review.

House Access and Reservations

All house access requires advance reservations. Membership is for the individual subscriber and is not transferable. Members are expected to respect the space, the neighborhood, and fellow members.
